Modern Dots patterns
Did your sims always wanted some modern dots? Not the 50 feel you have with all those dots patterns. Well here is a newly modern dot pattern. They will absolutely love this pattern and will try to use it anywhere they can.

Your simmies will absolutely love there new home. This house has two bedrooms, one masterbedroom en one kidsroom. It also has one bathroom, kitchen and livingroom. This house costs 71208 Fully furnished, I only used CC from TSR.
Note this house does have three stories, but the top one is just to make the exterior look good and is not meant for furnishing.
Make sure you updated your game to the latest patch. Thanks to: Jomsims for the windows quils, Lilliebou for the San Orlando windows, Hudy777designs for the amazing scarlett kitchen. Note these are all downloadable as set, I'll definetly recommend that.

Hello you all, I'm dani and I'm seventeen years old, I like making sims 3 houses and patterns, the other things are just too difficult, so respect for the one who can make meshes and stuff. Alright back to myself, I have absolutely no idea, how to describe myself. But if i have to I would say that i'm a perfectionist who happened to like art (not a great combination by the way), because you're working for ages on the same thing, to try to improve it.
