This house contains some custom content and all of it is available on tsr It contains a lot of my own patterns, you can also donwload them in sets, I'll list them below. I used some custom content objects from hudy777designs, the great scarlet kitchen, be sure to download the whole set, because it's awesome. And the chicagoset from hudy777designs. If you download the sets below, You only have to download the windows from jomsims and two of my patterns modern black and modern paint. It saves you some time.

Adele

About

Adele Laurie Blue Adkins was born May 5, 1988 in Tottenham, North London, England. She began singing at the age of four and credits the Spice Girls for what she is today. Growing up, the girl group was a huge influence on her passion for music. Adele graduated from BRIT School in Croydon in May of 2006. Leona Lewis was a classmate of hers. After recording a three song demo, Adele gave the recordings to a friend who then posted her work on MySpace. Her music received much positive attention and led to a phone call from music label XL Recordings. Doubting the legitimacy of the offer, Adele brought her friend with her to the meeting. The offer proved to be legit and Adele was signed to the label in September 2006. 

I hope you'll all like her, I love her I think she is one of the most friendly celebrities.

Lake House

Your simmies will absolutely love there new home. This house has two bedrooms, one masterbedroom en one kidsroom. It also has one bathroom, kitchen and livingroom. This house costs 71208 Fully furnished, I only used CC from TSR. 


Note this house does have three stories, but the top one is just to make the exterior look good and is not meant for furnishing.
